Rick Crowder

President/CEO

Mr. Crowder serves on the Board of Directors for Help Americans Inc. as the President/ CEO and will oversee all three Help Americans Inc.’s core programs.

Rick Crowder has over 25 years of executive management experience with companies having high balance portfolios. Currently Mr. Crowder is the Chairman for Mega Petroleum Group an International Petroleum Company.

Mr. Crowder has extensive experience in the real estate industry and was the creator of the Home Buyer’s Down Payment Assistance Program that provides assistance through Government and private Programs as well as Down Payment Assistance to Buyers who complete a Lender approved Home Buyer’s course to assure the Buyers receiving help are fiscally responsible.

Mr. Crowder graduated from Florida State University in 1992 with a degree in Finance and Economics.

Cirilo Gil

Vice President

Cirilo is a banker by trade. Before coming to the United States he worked for Banco Popular in his home country the Dominican Republic. Cirilo came to the United States to study Business Management in New York City in the early 90’s. Upon finishing with his Academics, Cirilo began his career in America in sales and sales management in the Auto Industry. cirilo serves on our board as Vice President and heads up our VIP Program that will establish a network of Corporate and Private Donors Nationwide.

Jerry Costanzo

Director of Veterans Housing

Jerry Costanzo is a United States Navy Veteran serving on our Board as our in house General Contractor heading up the fund raise for our Housing Community for Homeless and Disable Veterans. Jerry’s son was one of the founders of Help Americans Inc. but unfortunately died at the age of 40 suffering from a brain aneurysm before bringing his dream to a reality. Jerry senior is fulfilling his son ‘s dream as a hope to carry on his son’s legacy. Jerry spent his career in construction and is one of the first 50,000 General Contractors in the State of Florida. His License Number is CGC043277. His License is current and in good Standing.

Tammy Stewart

Director of Education

Tammy Stewart serves on our board as the director of Education with over 17 years of experience as a High School Teacher. Mrs. Stewart has dedicated her life to education. Tammy began her teaching career as a Special Education teacher in a high school setting, she worked with students that have varying disabilities.  She collaborated with general education teachers, prepared progress reports and also prepared Individual Education Plans for each student. She provided input and recommendations to parents for yearly Individual Education Plans for their child.  She managed a caseload of 20-25 students a year preparing lesson plans as well as grading her students progress throughout the year.

Mrs. Stewart became the Special Education Building Coordinator.  As part of the administration team, she was responsible for 150 students with varying disabilities. She facilitated Individual Education Plan meetings with parents, and was responsible for billing and reporting for 80 students that have medical assistance.  Mrs. Stewart was responsible for attending monthly meetings regarding state changes to special education program and reports the changes to the special education staff at the school.

Mrs. Stewart will be responsible for verifying the Home Buyer has successfully completed the Lender approved Home Buyer’s Course before the issuance of any assistance by Help Americans Inc.

Mrs. Stewart will also be in charge of the scholarship division of the Veterans Relief and Hungry Homeless Children Programs as Help Americans Inc. raises the donations and grants that are required to properly fund these programs.

Mrs. Stewart graduated from Florida State University in 1999 with a Bachelor and Masters of Science in Education.

John Bown

Director of Information Technology

John has a degree in computer science. He went to work in IT design and management and was one of the first Certified Novell Engineers in the United States. He was a managing trainer for the US Navy in the late 80’s at Naval Facility San Diego teaching multi user programming. He developed and installed the quality assurance network for General Dynamics on the Phalanx Missile production plant and duplicated it, for management and redundancy, in Pomona California. He designed and built one of the first backbone networks in the central valley of California that grew to include San Jose, Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York with peering connections to over 700 networks. He developed one of the first “POP in a box” systems resulting in the build of 47 US based ISP’s and 4 international. He pioneered the early internet peering and growth in the US and designed and built a data center in Jakarta, Indonesia for the original APJII group that is still run today as a new entity providing the internet access for the country of Indonesia. In the late 90’s he became heavily involved in the development and management of VOIP systems and implemented mutt-platform VOIP systems in the Dominican Republic, Mexico City, Indonesia, and Hong Kong. By 2002 developed the 5th fastest network in the world rated by Board Watch magazine. As a design engineer he has specialized in the automation of management processes converting 100’s of companies’ manual processes into automated management systems.

He has 28 years of entrepreneurial experience as an automation specialist and management consultant. He is a respected leader of creative teams and corporate communications with the ability to conceptualize and implement management campaigns that effectively reinforce and build brand, efficiency, and image across training, instruction, application design and deployment. He specializes in logistics management and time scheduling in an automated fashion

Mr. Tyler received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Nebraska and his Masters in Taxation from Nova University. Mr. Tyler holds various licenses in a variety of financial settings. Mr. Tyler is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Tyler is a regular guest Radio/Television and Webinars around the country and is a nationally recognized speaker. Mr. Tyler has appeared amongst a variety of other nationally recognized speakers around the country and has just been picked up to do some shows internationally.

Mr. Tyler has come out with another system for those people whom are going into foreclosure and need help. His book titles Help! I’m Facing Foreclosure What are my options is his latest work of structuring system that allows real estate investors delete the 1099-C’s from their losses of investment property. Mr. Tyler resides in Florida and is 47 years of age.
